One Dish Salmon - CE
Mixed vegetables, green salad and dinner rolls

Ingredients

Prep
  • 4 lemons
  • 6 salmon fillets
  • 16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 T Montreal Steak Seasoning
On Cooking Day
  • 1 pkg dinner rolls
  • 6 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Slice lemons and lay on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Place salmon on top of the lemon slices. Sprinkle with 1/2 of steak seasoning.
  3. Pour vegetables over salmon.
  4. Top with pats of butter and remaining steak seasoning.
  5. Cover with foil.
To Cook
  1. Bake covered in 375 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. *Longer cook time will be needed if vegetables are frozen at time of cooking.
  2. Serve with dinner rolls and salad greens.

*Best results when baked after vegetables have thawed.  May substitute chicken cutlets in place of salmon.
