Ingredients

Prep
  • 2 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 T Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 C real bacon bits
On Cooking Day
  • 4 T ranch dressing
  • 3 chopped green onion
  • 12 pickle slices
  • 6 C salad greens
  • 1 bag frozen sweet potato fries

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Divide ground beef evenly into muffin tins and press into bottom creating a cup (12 if doing a serving size of 6).
  2. Season each with salt, pepper, and Montreal steak seasoning.
  3. Top with bacon bits and cheese.
To Cook
  1. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  2. After done cooking, top with green onion, pickles, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
  3. Serve with side salad and sweet potato fries.
