Mashed potatoes and green beans

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 C BBQ sauce
  • 3 T honey
  • 2 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T spicy brown mustard
  • 2 lbs extra lean ground beef 90/10
  • 1/2 C panko bread crumbs
On Cooking Day
  • 1 bag frozen mashed potato steamer
  • 16 oz frozen green beans

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Mix first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Pour half BBQ mixture into a large bowl along with next 2 ingredients.
  3. Mix meat with hands (wear disposable gloves) and place equally into 12 count muffin tin cups sprayed with non stick spray.
  4. Spoon remaining sauce over each cup. Cover with foil.
To Cook
  1. Bake uncovered in a 450 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  2. Cook mashed potatoes and green beans according to package directions.
