Lime Shrimp Dragon Noodles - C

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 lime
  • 6 green onions
  • 6 T Sriracha
  • 6 T soy sauce
  • 3 T lime juice
  • 6 T brown sugar
On Cooking Day
  • 6 T butter
  • 1 1/2 T minced garlic
  • 6 pkg ramen noodles
  • 1 1/2 lb medium frozen shrimp thawed
  • 3 T fresh cilantro optional
  • 1 pkg frozen sugar snap peas

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Cut lime into wedges and store in a small container with a lid.
  2. Dice green onions. Store in a small bowl with a lid.
  3. Combine next four ingredients, stir and add to a bowl with a lid.
To Cook
  1. Cook ramen noodles per cooking instructions, without seasoning packet. Drain.
  2. While noodles are cooking, add butter and garlic to a large skillet. Melt over medium heat. Add thawed shrimp to the skillet and saute until shrimp is cooked through (about 3-5 minutes).
  3. Prepare sugar snap peas per package instructions.
  4. Add drained noodles and sauce to the skillet. Toss to coat. Garnish noodles with green onions and cilantro. Serve with sugar snap peas and a wedge of lime.
