Jalapeno Popper Turkey Sliders - C

Ingredients

Prep
  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 canned diced jalapeno pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb deli sliced turkey
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon
  • 4 T butter
  • 1 t cumin
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 1/2 t onion powder
  • 1/4 C fine grated parmesan cheese
On Cooking Day
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • 1 bag chips

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Place bottoms halves of rolls in a baking dish. Top with cheese slices.
  2. Combine softened cream cheese and jalapeño in small bowl.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture over cheese slices, then top with turkey and bacon.
  4. Add remaining ingredients to small microwave-safe bowl with lid.
To Cook
  1. Microwave prepped butter mixture. Spread on top of sliders.
  2. Bake covered with foil in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 - 10 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
  3. Serve with strawberries and chips.
