Ingredients

Prep
  • 3 C cubed frozen hash browns
  • 2 C frozen peas
  • 1 C cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • 1 1/2 C cooked cubed ham
On Cooking Day
  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 6 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
  1. Pour ham mixture into deep pie dish or 7x11 baking dish sprayed with non stick spray.
  2. Unroll pie crust and lay over top of ham mixture. Cut crust to fit pan if needed. Poke holes in crust with knife to let heat escape while cooking.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
  4. Serve with green salad.
