Hawaiian Sliders - C

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 pkg Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • 6 slices Colby Jack cheese
  • 20 oz can pineapple slices
  • 1/2 C butter
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
On Cooking Day
  • 1 pkg potato chips
  • 1 lb baby carrots

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Slice the Hawaiian sweet rolls in half. Set the top half aside, and place the bottom half in a casserole dish.
  2. Layer the bottom half of rolls with ham, cheese, and pineapple slices. Cover with the top half of the Hawaiian rolls.
  3. Add the next three ingredients to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 10 seconds and stir. Continue to microwave in 10 second increments, until butter has melted completely. Pour butter mixture over the top of the sliders. Cover with foil.
To Cook
  1. Bake covered at 350 for 25-35 minutes, or until butter is absorbed and cheese is melted.
  2. Serve with potato chips and baby carrots.
