Easy Cheddar Chicken Crescent Rolls - C

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 deli roasted chicken shredded - about 3 cups
  • 2 C cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 T dry ranch seasoning
  • 12 refrigerated crescent rolls large/jumbo size
On Cooking Day
  • 10 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. In a large bowl add chicken, cheese, softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning. Mix together with a hand mixer until combined.
  2. Unroll crescent rolls onto work surface and top each with chicken mixture.
  3. Roll up and store in a large container with lid. *keep crescent roll packet for cooking directions.
To Cook
  1. Place crescent rolls on a large baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray or lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes or bake as directed on crescent roll package.
  3. Serve with salad.

*Be sure to save crescent roll package for cooking directions. Kid favorite! Kids love this served with a side of applesauce and even some baby carrot sticks for some added crunch!
