Ingredients

Prep
  • 2 lb cooked peeled shrimp tail-off
  • 24 oz long grain and wild rice prepared
  • 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 21 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 T Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 T onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • cooking spray
On Cooking Day
  • 2 pkgs frozen asparagus

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add the first 7 ingredients to a large bowl, and stir to combine.
  2. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray, and add the shrimp mixture to the dish. Cover with foil.
To Cook
  1. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30-40 minutes, or until it is warmed through and cheese is melted.
  2. Prepare the asparagus per package instructions, and serve.
