Breakfast for Dinner Crescents - C

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese halved
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 turkey sausage links fully cooked
On Cooking Day
  • 1 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb grapes
  • 1 cantaloupe

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Scramble eggs and cook.
  2. Separate crescent rolls into triangles.
  3. Top each triangle with cheese, scrambled eggs, and a sausage link. Roll up and place in a large container with a lid. Be sure to separate with parchment paper if stacking.
To Cook
  1. Preheat oven to 350, and place crescents on a baking sheet.
  2. Crack egg into a small bowl and whisk with a fork. Brush egg on top of crescents, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 14-18 minutes, or per package instructions. Serve with grapes and cantaloupe.
