BBQ Chicken Lasagna - C

Ingredients

Prep
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 t Cajun seasoning
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 C BBQ sauce
  • 1 C chicken broth or water
  • 16 lasagna noodles
  • 3 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 C cooked shredded chicken from deli rotisserie
On Cooking Day
  • 20 oz frozen green beans
  • 1 pkg dinner rolls
  • 1/4 C ranch dressing optional

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Mix first 3 ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Mix bbq sauce and broth in another bowl.
  3. Spoon some bbq sauce into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish and layer 3 noodles on top.
  4. Spread noodles with cream cheese mixture, top with some bbq sauce, shredded cheese and chicken. Top with more noodles and repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with shredded cheese. Cover with foil.
To Cook
  1. Bake covered in a 350 degree oven for 45-60 minutes or until hot and bubbly in the center.
  2. Cook green beans according to package directions. Serve with dinner rolls.
