Baked Ham Pimento Cheese Sliders - C
Potato chips and pickle spears

Ingredients

Prep
  • 16 dinner rolls or 12 slider rolls cut in half
  • 1 lb sliced deli ham
  • 10 oz pimento cheese
  • 1/4 C butter
  • 1 t onion powder
  • 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T poppy seeds optional
On Cooking Day
  • 1 bag potato chips
  • 1 jar pickle spears

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Line a 9 x 13 baking dish with bottom halves of dinner rolls. (They should fill the dish and fit snug.)
  2. Top each bottom half with ham. Spread pimento cheese on each top bun and place back on the bottom sandwiches.
  3. Add next 4 ingredients to a small microwave safe bowl with lid. Cover and refrigerate.
To Cook
  1. Uncover sandwiches. Warm sauce in microwave until butter is melted. Mix well and brush over sandwiches with pastry brush.
  2. Bake covered with foil in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 5 - 10 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
  3. Serve with chips and pickle spears.
