Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef grass fed
  • 1 t coconut aminos
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/4 t garlic powder
  • 1/4 t onion powder
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/3 C mayonnaise Whole30 compliant – Primal Kitchen
  • 2 T ketchup Whole30 compliant – Primal Kitchen
  • 2 t dill relish
  • 1 t mustard
  • 1/4 t paprika
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 large tomato
On Cooking Day
  • 2 large sweet potato
  • = butter lettuce or iceberg to use as “buns”

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Mix first 6 ingredients together in a large bowl until combined. Form 6 patties and place in a large container with a lid. Use wax paper between patties if needed.
  2. Mix last 5 ingredients in small container with lid. This will be your burger sauce. Slice red onion into rings and slice tomato and add to a container with a lid.
To Cook
  1. Peel sweet potatoes and cut lengthwise into 1/2″ thick fry shape pieces. Toss with olive oil and salt and pepper. Bake in 450 degree oven for 20-30 minutes flipping halfway through or until tender and crispy.
  2. While sweet potato fries are roasting, grill burgers on indoor grill or brown in skillet.
  3. Serve on 6 lettuce “buns” topped with sauce, red onion rings and tomato.
