Thanksgiving Meatballs – CE
green beans and honey glazed carrots

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 1/2 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 C chili sauce
  • 1/3 C dried cranberries
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg mini carrots
  • 2 T honey
  • 2 T butter
On Cooking Day
  • 16 oz frozen green beans

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Roll into a little larger than golf ball size meatballs and place in a large container with lid. (Should make about 20 meatballs).
  2. Place carrots, honey and butter in a large sheet of foil. Fold up to make a packet.
To Cook
  1. Place meatballs on a large baking dish sprayed with non stick spray. Place carrot packet on the same pan. Cook at 350 for about 20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
  2. Cook green beans according to package directions.
