Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 center cut pork chops
  • 1/4 C orange juice
  • 1 1/2 t sea salt
  • 1 t black pepper
  • 2 t dried thyme
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1 T chili powder
  • 1 t ground allspice
On Cooking Day
  • 1 bag frozen sweet potato fries
  • 8 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add all ingredients to a large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish to combine.
To Cook
  1. Grill pork chops on indoor or outdoor grill.
  2. Prepare fries according to package directions.
  3. Serve with green salad.
