Ingredients

Prep
  • 2 lb ground turkey
  • 1 1/2 C jar salsa
  • 2 T taco seasoning
On Cooking Day
  • 1 bag fritos corn chips
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add all ingredients to large zipper bags. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
  1. Cook meat mixture in skillet on medium-high heat until cooked through.
  2. Dice avocado. Add in avocado, corn chips, and cheese to skillet.
  3. Serve with side salad.
