Sweet and Spicy Sheet Pan Chicken and Veggies – CE

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 bone in chicken breasts
  • 1 cauliflower small head
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 C red grapes
  • 1 1/2 T honey
  • 3/4 t cayenne pepper
  • 4 T olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 bag baby carrots
On Cooking Day
  • 1 pkg cous cous

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Place chicken in a large zipper bag.
  2. Cut cauliflower into 1 inch florets. Cut onion into wedges. Place cauliflower, grapes, and onion in the bag with chicken. Add in remaining ingredients. Zip to seal and squish to mix.
To Cook
  1. Pour sweet mixture onto a large baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray. Place chicken on top on veggies. Bake at 450 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  2. Serve with cous cous.
