Sweet and Sour Meatballs – B

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 C frozen bell pepper or fresh chopped
  • 20 oz can pineapple chunks
  • 1/3 C water
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1/2 C honey
  • 3 T vinegar
  • 3 T cornstarch
On Cooking Day
  • 2 lb frozen meatballs
  • 2 bag frozen rice steamer
  • 6 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  • Add all ingredients to a large zipper bag. Zip to seal and shake to mix.
To Cook
  • Add meatballs and pineapple mixture to slow cooker. Mix well and cook on low for 2 – 4 hours.
  • Cook rice according to package directions.
  • Serve with green salad.

This recipe is best in a 4 quart slow cooker.  If cooking in a large one, shorten the cook time.
