Sticky Chicken Tenders – C
Blue cheese coleslaw and dinner rolls

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1/3 C Franks hot sauce
  • 3/4 C brown sugar
  • 18 chicken tenders
  • 1 bag shredded cabbage slaw
  • 1/4 C mayonnaise
  • 1/4 C blue cheese crumbles optional
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T lemon juice
On Cooking Day
  • 1 pkg dinner rolls

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Mix first 3 ingredients in large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
  2. Pour coleslaw shreds into large zipper bag. Mix next 4 ingredients in small bowl and pour over coleslaw. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
  1. Grill on indoor/outdoor grill until cooked through.
  2. Serve with slaw and dinner rolls. Can also be served as sandwiches.
