Steak with Horseradish Sauce – Anniversary

Ingredients

Prep
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/4 C horseradish
On Cooking Day
  • 2 lb sirloin steak
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pkg frozen mashed potato steamers
  • 18 oz frozen corn

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Mix the first 2 ingredients in a medium bowl with a lid and cover.
To Cook
  1. Season steak with salt and pepper on both sides and place on a baking sheet or broiler pan. Broil 3 inches from the heat for 5-8 minutes per side or until the steak reaches the desired level of doneness. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
  2. Prepare mashed potatoes and corn per package instructions and serve with steak and horseradish sauce.
