Spicy Tuna Wraps – C
potato chips and red grapes

Ingredients

Prep
  • 12 oz canned tuna in water
  • 1/3 C mayonnaise more or less if desired
  • 2 t soy sauce
  • 1 T Sriracha sauce
  • 1 C matchstick carrots
  • 2 cucumbers
On Cooking Day
  • 3 avocados
  • 6 tortilla wraps
  • 1 pkg potato chips
  • 1 bunch red grapes

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Drain tuna and add to a medium bowl with a lid. Add next 3 ingredients to tuna and stir to combine.
  2. Peel cucumber and cut into long sticks. Store carrots and cucumber in a container with a lid.
To Cook
  1. Cut avocados into slices.
  2. Divide the tuna equally between the wraps. Layer the vegetables on top of the tuna mixture. Roll up by tucking in the sides and rolling tightly. Serve with potato chips and red grapes.
