Smoked Sausage, Potatoes and Green Beans – CE

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 onion
  • 2 lbs smoked sausage
  • 16 oz frozen whole green beans
  • 4 red potatoes
  • 1 T olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 6 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Slice onion into rings.
  2. Slice sausage into 1 inch pieces.
  3. Chop potato into bite size pieces.
  4. Pour all ingredients into large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
  1. Pour bag contents onto foil lined baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray.
  2. Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  3. Serve with green salad.
