Slow Cooked Homestyle Beefy Noodles – C
green beans and salad

Ingredients

Prep
  • 2 lb lean stew meat
  • 1/4 C water
  • 1 C frozen chopped bell pepper
  • 3 T dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 oz packet au jus gravy mix
  • 4 T butter
On Cooking Day
  • 1 1/2 C water
  • 24 oz egg noodles
  • 16 oz frozen green beans
  • 8 C salad greens
  • 3 T cornstarch

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip and shake to mix.
To Cook
  1. Stir cornstarch into water. Pour stew meat mixture into slow cooker along with water mixture and cook on low for 10 hours.
  2. Cook noodles and green beans according to package directions. Serve meat and sauce over noodles.
