Slow Cooker White Beans and Ham – C
Dinner rolls and green salad

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 lb chopped ham
  • 2 t onion powder
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 C frozen chopped carrots
  • 1 C frozen celery pepper, onion blend
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 6 C salad greens
  • 1 pkg dinner rolls
  • 1 lb white beans dry
  • 6 C water

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add all 6 ingredients to a large zipper bag. Zip to seal and shake to mix.
To Cook
  1. Add 1 pound dried white beans and ham mixture to slow cooker. Add 6 cups of water. Cook on low for 10 – 12 hours.
  2. Serve with green salad and dinner rolls.
