Slow Cooker Mushroom Chicken- C

Ingredients

Prep
  • 12 chicken tenderloins
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 onion
  • 10 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 T dried rosemary
  • 12 oz baby bella mushrooms
On Cooking Day
  • 16 oz frozen broccoli
  • 2 bag frozen rice steamers

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Dice onion and slice mushrooms.
  2. Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
  1. Add prepped ingredients to slow cooker for 6 hours on low.
  2. Cook broccoli and rice according to package directions.

If meal is frozen, press saute (high) and cook for 5 minutes with the lid on to help partially defrost.
