Ingredients

  • 12 oz frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1.5 oz beef stew mix in a packet
  • 2 t onion powder
  • 2 t garlic powder
  • 1 whole chicken 4-5 pound

Instructions

  1. Combine vegetables and sauce mix in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle seasonings on the skin of both sides of the chicken.
  3. Place the chicken in the slow cooker over the vegetables.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours.
