Slow Cooked Veggie Pot Pie – F

Ingredients

Prep
  • 32 oz frozen mixed vegetables peas, carrots, green beans, corn
  • 10 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 16 oz tater tots
  • 1/2 t celery salt
  • 1 t poultry seasoning
  • pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 2 C milk
  • 2 frozen pie crusts

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add all ingredients to zipper bag. Zip to seal.
To Cook
  1. Slow Cook: Add bag contents to slow cooker along milk and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  2. Instant Pot: Add bag contents to IP along milk and cook on LOW/NORMAL for 25 minutes.
  3. Cook pie crusts according to package directions. Break into chunks and serve over veggie mix.
