- 4 lbs chicken legs skinned if desired
- 1 T paprika
- 2 t chili powder
- 1 t onion powder
- 1 t dried thyme
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 6 new potatoes
- 1 bag baby carrots
- 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese optional
Add first 7 ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal and shake to mix well.
Add potatoes and carrots to slow cooker. Place drumsticks on top of vegetables and cook on low for 6 – 8 hours.
To serve, mash potatoes with a spatula and add shredded parmesan cheese.
Serve with roast and carrots.
