Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 1/2 lb lean stew meat
  • 1/2 C frozen chopped onion
  • 2 C frozen peas and carrots
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 can canned organic beef broth
  • 1/2 C tomato sauce
  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 6 C salad greens
  • 2 bag frozen mashed potato steamer

Instructions

To Assemble
  • Mix all ingredients in large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
  • Pour meat mixture into slow cooker. Cook on low 6 – 8 hours.
  • Cook potatoes according to package directions and spread over meat mixture.
  • Serve with green salad.
