Slow Cooked Ranch Roasted Vegetables
Use any of your favorite vegetables in this one.

Ingredients

Prep
  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • 6 small new potatoes
  • 3 C frozen green beans
  • 1 chopped red onions
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 2 T dry ranch seasoning
  • 2 T extra-virgin olive oil
On Cooking Day
  • none

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Chop potatoes and add with remaining ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip and shake to mix.
To Cook
  1. Pour bag contents into slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
