Slow Cooked Pepper Steak – F

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 1/2 lbs round steak
  • 1/4 C flour GF ok
  • 1 C frozen chopped onion
  • 16 oz frozen chopped bell peppers
  • 14 oz can Italian style tomatoes
  • 2 T minced garlic
  • 2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T steak sauce
  • 1 T steak seasoning Montreal
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 1 C beef broth
  • 2 bag frozen steamers rice

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Slice steak into 1 inch strips and add to large zipper bag.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to steak. Zip to seal.
To Cook
  1. Slow Cook: Pour contents of bag into slow cooker along with beef broth. Cook on low 8 hours.
  2. Instant Pot: Pour contents of bag into slow cooker along with beef broth. Cook 15 minutes. Quick release pressure.
  3. Cook rice according to package directions.
