Slow Cooked Honey Mustard BBQ Pork Tenderloin – C
green beans and mashed potatoes

Ingredients

Prep
  • 8 oz honey mustard
  • 8 oz BBQ sauce
  • 2 t Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 2 pork tenderloins one pound each
  • 20 oz green beans
On Cooking Day
  • 1 C water
  • 1 bag steamers mashed potatoes

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add first 3 ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Place pork tenderloins in a large zipper bag and green beans in another large zipper bag.
  3. Pour sauce liberally over pork and drizzle over green beans. Zip bags and shake well.
To Cook
  1. Place pork and green beans in slow cooker with water. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  2. Cook mashed potatoes according to package directions.
