Slow Cooked Cranberry Balsamic Meatballs – C
rice and green salad

Ingredients

Prep
  • 14 oz canned cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 C honey
  • 1/3 C balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 C beef broth
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 1 t minced garlic
  • 1/4 t red pepper flakes
  • 2 lb frozen meatballs
On Cooking Day
  • 6 C salad greens
  • 2 bags frozen rice steamers

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add all ingredients to a large zipper bag. Zip to seal and shake to mix.
To Cook
  1. Add meatballs mixture to slow cooker. Mix well and cook on low for 4 hours.
  2. Cook rice according to package directions.
  3. Serve with green salad.
