Slow Cooked Cinnamon Roll Casserole

Ingredients

Prep
  • none
On Cooking Day
  • 2 cinnamon roll, canned
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 3 T maple syrup
  • 2 t vanilla extract
  • 1 t cinnamon

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. none needed.
To Cook
  1. Spray your crock pot with non stick spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and place cinnamon rolls in the bottom of the crock pot. Set icing aside for later
  3. In a small bowl whisk together the remaining 5 ingredients, then pour over cinnamon rolls drizzling with one icing packet.
  4. Cook on low for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
  5. Once cooked drizzle the last icing packet over the cinnamon rolls. Serve immediately.
