Ingredients

Prep
  • 3 lbs eye of round steak
  • 1/4 C soy sauce
  • 1/2 C hoison sauce
  • 6 T ketchup
  • 6 T honey
  • 2 t Chinese 5 spice powder
  • 4 t minced garlic
  • 1 C water
On Cooking Day
  • 1 bag broccoli florets
  • 2 bag frozen brown rice steamer
  • 1 box frozen egg rolls

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Cut steak into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place steak and remaining ingredients in large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
  1. Place steak ingredients into slow cooker on low and cook 6 – 7 hours.
  2. Add broccoli the last 30 – 45 minutes of cook time.
  3. Cook rice and egg rolls according to package directions.
