Slow Cooked Apple Cider Meatballs
This makes a fun appetizer!

Ingredients

Prep
  • 2 C apple slices
  • 1 T apple cider vinegar
  • 1 lb frozen meatballs
  • 1/4 C maple syrup
On Cooking Day
  • 2 C apple cider

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Dice apples and add to large zipper bag along with apple cider vinegar. Shake to coat apples. Add remaining ingredients to zipper bag.
To Cook
  1. Add bag contents to slow cooker along with apple cider and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
