Sloppy Joe Tater Tot Casserole – GB1

Ingredients

Prep
  • 3 C cooked ground beef
  • 1/2 C chopped onion
  • 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1 T mustard
  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
On Cooking Day
  • 8 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. In a bowl mix together first 7 ingredients until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Spread half of the tater tots in the bottom of baking dish in a single layer. Top with ground mix mixture. Top with remaining tater tots. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil.
To Cook
  1. Bake loosely covered in a 400 degree oven for 40-45 minutes until tater tots are browned and cheese is melted.
  2. Serve with salad.
