Shrimp Alfredo Pizza – C

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 lb large cooked shrimp peeled
  • 1 T Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 ready made pizza crusts or french bread loaf
  • 3/4 C alfredo sauce
  • 3 C shredded mozzarella cheese
On Cooking Day
  • 10 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Mix first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Top each pizza crust evenly with alfredo sauce, shrimp mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil.
  3. *KEEP the pizza crust packaging for cooking directions.
To Cook
  1. Uncover Pizza and bake in a 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or as directed on pizza crust packaging.
  2. Serve with salad.
