Sheet Pan Onion Chicken and Veggies – 5

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb gold potatoes
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
  • 8 oz baby carrots
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 T olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Add all ingredients to large mixing bowl and stir well to mix.
  2. Place chicken and veggies in sheet pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes (until chicken is cooked through).
