Sheet Pan Italian Sausage – C
salad

Ingredients

Prep
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T balsamic vinegar
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 t dried rosemary
  • 6 carrots
  • 6 new potatoes
  • 6 Italian sausage links raw
On Cooking Day
  • 6 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add first 5 ingredients to a large zipper bag.
  2. Chop potatoes and carrots into bite size pieces and add to zipper bag. Zip and shake well to mix. *potatoes must be cut into 1/4-1/2 inch pieces or smaller.
  3. Chop sausage into 3 inch pieces using a knife or scissors and place in bag with vegetables. Zip and shake to mix well.
To Cook
  1. Pour everything onto a baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray.
  2. Bake 375 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until sausage is cooked through.
  3. Serve with salad greens.
