Roast Beef Wraps – Anniversary

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1/4 C mayonnaise
  • 3 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 T cider vinegar
  • 1 t sugar
  • 1/4 t celery seed
  • 16 oz bag coleslaw mix
On Cooking Day
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 lb deli roast beef
  • 6 wooden toothpick
  • 6 dill pickle spears
  • 1 pkg potato chips

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add the first 5 ingredients to a large bowl with a lid and stir to combine. Add the coleslaw mix to the dressing; toss and cover.
To Cook
  1. Top each tortilla with coleslaw mix, roast beef, and cheese. Roll up, tucking in the ends, and secure with toothpick.
  2. Serve with pickle spears and potato chips.
