Philly Cheesesteak Pizza – C

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 1/4 lb deli sliced roast beef
  • 2 C frozen chopped bell peppers
  • 1 C frozen chopped onion optional
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 4 C shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz sliced mushrooms optional
On Cooking Day
  • 2 pizza crusts
  • 10 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Rough chop roast beef and add to large bowl with lid.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well and cover.
To Cook
  1. Scoop beef mixture equally onto pizza crusts.
  2. Bake 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or best if baked according to pizza crust package directions.
  3. Serve with salad.
