Philly Cheesesteak Dip

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1/2 lb deli sliced roast beef good quality
  • 10 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 C frozen chopped onion
  • 1 C frozen chopped bell peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 C sour cream
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
On Cooking Day
  • 2 crusty bread loaf baguette

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Chop the roast beef and provolone cheese and add to a bowl with lid.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
To Cook
  1. Pour beef mixture into slow cooker and cook on high for 1 -2 hours. *cook time will vary based on crockpot size. We used a 4 quart.
  2. Tear bread into chunks and serve with dip.
