Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 C maple syrup
  • 2 t vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 t baking soda
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat 8×8 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Combine peanut butter, maple syrup, extract, eggs, and baking soda in a large bowl; mix well.
  3. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Smooth top with a spatula.
  4. Bake for 20-23 minutes. Let cool. Cut into squares.
