Ingredients

  • 1/4 C quick oats
  • 2 T all purpose flour
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1/4 t baking powder
  • 3 T milk
  • 1 T vegetable oil or applesauce
  • 1 T mini chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  1. Spray mug with non stick spray.
  2. Add all ingredients to mug and mix well.
  3. Microwave 1 – 1 1/2 minutes or until set.
