Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 C powder sugar
  • 1 1/2 C cool whip thawed
  • 4 oz instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 3/4 C milk
  • 1/2 C finely chopped pecans
On Cooking Day
  • none

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Mix cream cheese and sugar with hand mixer. Gently stir in HALF of the cool whip and pour into pie crust.
  2. Beat pudding mix and milk with with mixer. Gently stir in remaining cool whip and spoon over cream cheese layer.
  3. Top with pecans and cover.
To Cook
  1. No cooking needed.
