Milk and Cookies Freezer Cake

On Cooking Day
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 C powdered sugar
  • 2 t vanilla extract
  • 4 C heavy whipping cream
  • 1 pkg chips ahoy cookies

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. none
To Cook
  1. In a mixer, beat the cream cheese until soft, then add in the next two ingredients until combined.
  2. Gradually pour whipping cream beating on high until soft peaks form.
  3. In a 9×13 baking dish layer cookies evenly leaving almost no space in between, then evenly top with 1/3 of whipping cream mixture.
  4. Repeat with second and top third layer with whipping cream and crunched Oreos.
  5. Store in freezer until ready to eat, covered.
