Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 C Catalina dressing or dressing of choice
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 1/2 C frozen corn
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 6 C salad greens
  • 15 tortilla chips crushed
  • 5 mason jars
On Cooking Day
  • 2 avocados

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Rinse black beans.
  2. Layer each jar in this order – Catalina dressing, black beans, frozen corn, tomatoes, salad greens and end with crushed tortilla chips on the top.
To Cook
  1. Slice avocado.
  2. Shake salad well and enjoy!
