Maple Mustard Glazed Salmon – CE
rice, green beans and dinner rolls

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 C pure maple syrup
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T Dijon mustard
  • 2 T yellow mustard
  • 1 T parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 2 bag frozen brown rice steamers
  • 1 pkg dinner rolls
  • 16 oz frozen green beans

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Place salmon fillets in a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl mix together maple syrup, olive oil, mustard and parsley.
  3. Pour mixture evenly over salmon fillets, flipping each fillet in marinade to coat each one evenly. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with lid.
To Cook
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake for 10-12 minutes until salmon is pink and flaky.
  2. Prepare rice and green beans according to package directions.
  3. Serve with dinner rolls if desired.
