Maple Baked Pork Chops – CE
Carrots and mashed potatoes

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 pork chops
  • 1/4 t dried thyme
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1/4 C pure maple syrup
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 2 t Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 1 bag frozen mashed potatoes
  • 16 oz frozen carrots

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
  1. Place pork chops in 9 x 13 baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 – 40 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
  2. Cook carrots and mashed potatoes according to package directions.
